Mitzvah Marathon In Motion!

Most of these children will never get the chance to enjoy the college experiences that we all have been lucky enough to have experienced.  Hopefully, hosting them here at Rutgers for the day was as an uplifting experience for you as we know it is for them and their parents.  Once again, thank you for taking a day from your busy schedule to bring a day of joy to these children and truly making it a“Special Day”!

Rabbi Goodman with student volunteers Deanna Roberman, Stephanie Klarer and Tommy at this year's Mitzvah Marathon Special Friends Day!

Coverage (New Brunswick) - On behalf of the Mitzvah Marathon Leadership Team, I want to thank you helping to make this year’s Special Friends Day a “day to remember.”  Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the Shabbat and Yerushalayim Sand Art projects you brought over.

The excitement was evident on all those who participated! This annual event marks a day when college students can touch the lives of many amazing children who face a lifetime of countless challenges. Please know that your enthusiasm and creativity did not go unnoticed. Please also know that we couldn’t offer this tremendous day without all of your help.

The thoughtfulness and patience you invested in our guests was recognized by all and we know it is especially cherished by the parents who light up upon seeing their children having such fun.
